What Would Be a Good Exercise Routine During Pregnancy?
February 27, 2010if you would be specific please. Ie: mondays- do this, tues- this, etc. Or weights this many days per week, prenatal yoga this many days, etc. Just looking for ideas for a workout regimen while pregnant. BTW: I have been exercising before and all through my pregnancy, so I should be fine to do most exercises (intensity etc.) THANK YOU
