all yoga is good -continue the same exercise plan as before pregnancy unless you lose your balance (while bicycling or skiing) or have pain (while weight lifting). if you have breathing problems, see your doctor immediately -normal breathing is perfect. a healthy babe comes from good genes & a good diet. taking care of yourself before conception is imperative. see your gyn for further questions.

i really don’t know much about yoga so I son’t want to give input where i’m clueless. I can however offer input on breathing techniques. My favorite of all is called hypnobirthing. It’s basically relaxation through self meditation. It will not online help you DRASTICALLY with the birth itself, but it can be used in any tense/stressful time in your life….or, simply to help you fall asleep with ease.

I used this technique with my youngest and had the EASIEST birth ever. NO PAIN at all. I sang through contractions, and labor was 2 hours from start to finish. I gave birth to a beautiful little girl in a tub of water on my back porch. It was very peaceful.

You can find all kinds of info about it online, and can even by the book and CD’s too. It’s very affordable and will do wonders for you!

Also, exercising is completely safe and recommended during pregnancy. You don’t want to get your heart rate TOO high though, and tummy exercises should be avoided (like situps/crunches).

    Good luck mama!

Lots of baby dust to you.
Do what ever your heart tells you to do, do not go merly on other"s suggestions. Others are only advisers. Before doing exercises take opinion of your gynec.
