This is great. It is good that the yoga is being targetted for older people too. Unfortunately, most yoga videos are targetted at the 20 somethings. It shows you that the old guys like these folks can do yoga too.

Great..i was searching fo yoga classes, bt couldnt get, this is great then, i just hav to do at hom, n it helps after long tension day at office….

This is great! Thanks for sharing it with all the people who are hesitant to go to a yoga class where they might not know what to expect. This way they can try yoga in the privacy of their own homes.
