After delivery of my child my stomach remains so big as it was during pregnancy so it looks shapeless and also troublesome for my husband while love-making.
Now pls advise me any remedy [medicine, treatment, exercise, yoga etc.] to recover my previous slimness of my body especially of stomach.
Walking briskly every day for at least 30 minutes is a great and easy way to lose those extra pounds. Eat healthy too. Watch your serving sizes. Drink plenty of water. Be patient and realistic. Your belly didn’t grow large overnight so it’s not going to go away that quickly either. It took me about four to six months to lose my baby belly. Good luck

if you would be specific please. Ie: mondays- do this, tues- this, etc. Or weights this many days per week, prenatal yoga this many days, etc. Just looking for ideas for a workout regimen while pregnant. BTW: I have been exercising before and all through my pregnancy, so I should be fine to do most exercises (intensity etc.) THANK YOU
